"We called Mr. Gann this morning for a sink leakage/broken garbage disposal issue. He told my husband that he would call first, but to expect him sometime after 1 PM. He called and was here by 1:02, actually a few minutes before I even got back to the house. He came in, assessed the situation, got some tools, came back in and tinkered with the disposal, discovered it was completely broken and worn, and we decided to just go ahead and replace it. He went to Lowe's immediately to buy a new disposal and promptly came back to install it, I mean maybe 20-30 minutes later. He had quoted my husband up to $150 to completely unclog it and stop the leak, but since the disposal was broken he didn't charge that whole amount and instead just charged us for labor and the disposal itself. I can't say enough nice things about this man. He was so kind and helpful, even explaining how to reset the disposal if I ever need to. Cash or check only, so just make sure you have your checkbook on hand. I'm including the picture because the wiring looks SO much better than the previous disposal and he even cleaned up the nasty sink water that flooded the cabinet underneath. Highly recommend Mr. Gann!! Thanks again, good sir!"
