"Worse shop I have ever visited. They had my 12 Ford F250 for 2 days. There was a squeak coming from the right passenger side. I went back for an update only 2 see they hadn't even looked at my vehicle or started working on it. They didn't even want to refund my $200 even tho they had not done any work!!! Stay away from them"
"Doug and his workers are great. They've worked on my 14 Taurus SHO and my 05 F350 dually 4x4 king ranch for 5 years. They know Ford vehicles inside and out. They are more knowledgeable than a ford dealership. They are VERY, VERY busy and do not make actual appointments anymore. They tell you to drop off your vehicle and they'll basically get to it when they get to it. If you can be without your vehicle for a while, that's fine but if it's your daily driver, this could be a problem. The work is always top notch and they won't sell you something you don't need."
