"Worst place ever! We waited 7 hours to have our trailer tires changed and when they finally called us in just after midnight the technician, Chad, refused to mount any of the 4 tires we were purchasing. Two of the tires were for our blown spares. We wanted 4 so they would all be the same and still have spares. He told us he couldn’t mount any of the tires, even our spares, because they didn’t have the right socket to take the tires off our trailer. We told him we’d bring in the tires individually and still he refused. We asked him to at least mount the tires on the 2 blown spares and he still refused. He was so lazy he didn’t even want to get them off the rack to sell them to us. When he finally sold them to us he refused to help get the tires outside for us to strap onto trailer. He made me roll the tires out in a dress to my husband as he was strapping them down. We had to drive to the next state to have them mounted, without a spare. Worst most lazy employee ever. They shouldn’t have made us wait 7 hours if they weren’t even going to do the work. It took 10 minutes to buy the 4 tires at top dollar without mounting. Lost an entire days of hours cause of laziness. The options for service is tires or service not listed. Not sure what to select since he didn’t perform a service."
