"Saturday service is both excellent and swift. We called because the sewers in our basement were clogged. Within half an hour, a sewer technician arrived and determined that, rather than a problem with the sewer line, we had an issue with our ejector pump. He contacted his office, which dispatched a plumber with the necessary apparatus and expertise. . He was cordial, polite, and efficient in his work. He replaced the pump and gave us instructions on how to avoid future problems before leaving within an hour."
