"I put my bike in shop to replace the tires and breaks. When I got it back out the breaks were hand tight. I started down the road and my rear break caliper fell off and got jammed into the brand new tire. I was barely able to pull over and had it trailer back to their shop. They replaced the bolts on the rear. When I got the bike back home I noticed my front calipers making a noise because they were only hand tight too and another bolt had fell out."
