"I thought these were income based apartments that worked with people that don’t have income or the best credit but I was told I had to have a co signer sign with me who made a certain amount of money & would have to pay maximum rent. Where’s the help for single moms? I thought that’s what these apartments were for. Make it make sense?"

"The apartment manager is a nasty person. She harrasse people that comes out to visit someone. She watch your apartment like a she the police. She don't want you to have any company. The owner needs to fire her."
