When I was going through the process of moving in the manager Krista was so sweet and patient, she made everything quick and easy and amanda is always kind and ready to help. The maintenance manager Dennis is always on top of things, making sure everything is taken care of and is always willing to lend a helping hand. I really enjoy living here"

"I lived at Sweetwater for 2 years. Krista made my stay worthwhile by always connecting with me and making sure my stay was superb. "Highly recommend to ACOM students!!! My wife and I lived at Sweetwater for 3 years, only reason for moving was for hospital rotations in a different city, otherwise we would have loved to stay longer. Sweetwater has set the bar very high for us for apartment living. The groundskeeping and landscaping is excellent with countless flowering trees, multiple ponds with a lot of turtles, fish, ducks and geese and green well cared for lawns. The apartments are clean and well maintained with good appliances, a nice large tub and AC. The screened in porch is spacious and a very nice feature. The managers Marea and Krista are incredibly helpful and made us feel genuinely cared for and valued as residents. Dennis and the maintenance staff are very fast to respond to work orders and are very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the monthly pest control (just due to the amount and variety of bugs in Alabama in general), although bugs were not a problem in our apartment. The complex is quiet and the apartments are well insulated, we never had any noise issues. Sweetwater is very dog friendly. The complex is convenient to the west side of Dothan where a majority of shopping and restaurants are. The area feels very safe and we never had any concerns. Taking into account all of these features with a surprisingly affordable cost (especially compared to other luxury complexes with many of the same features as sweetwater but almost twice the cost of Sweetwater), I think Sweetwater is a slam dunk for apartment living in Dothan. In summary, Sweetwater is great for professional school students that need a quiet place to live for studying and relaxation. This would be a great place to raise a family as well. "Good community(mix of different kinds of people). Good apt and ground maintenance. Staff is super nice/cool. They will hold pkgs for you. Price is worth these things. Lived here for 2yrs(2016-2018). Almost forgot... there is a large family of mallard ducks that live on the property."

We were beyond impressed with the location, the amenities, the staff, the price, and the quality of the apartment home. The staff was uber uber friendly, helpful, and professional. Would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a SWEET place to call home in Dothan!!"
