Meadow Ridge Apartments

"Definitely WOULDNT recommend staying here. When I first moved into my apartment my door was a little broken & the property manager claim they was gone fix it & never did. My air went out the same week I moved & they claim they fixed it for my air to go out AGAIN! This time I needed a whole new unit , I went 4 months without air & I have asthma! Everytime I call concerning when my unit was going to be in it was always an excuse. Soon as my parents come the property manager tells them the unit is here they just have to fix it. Mind you I was still paying them rent when I shouldn’t have them 4 months while my air was out. My lease was up at the end of April & I didn’t want to stay there any longer cause the property manager just rude & money hungry ! I was told from the property manager that it would be a carpet cleaning fee & a admin fee which is $50 concerning my deposit. Very understandable with the carpet fee cause I don’t know anyone that cleans carpets. I call Friday to check on my deposit & the assistants tells me I’m only getting $15.50 when I put down $500 ! That doesn’t make sense at all & the property manager excuse was I didn’t clean my apartment which is a LIE! They don’t care about anybody , they just money hungry & barely do they job !"

"Affordable, quite, clean. An older development with some upgrades. The staff (Sarah, & Amber) has been "AMAZING," during my transition. Had some issues that were corrected in very professional and timely manner. I'm satisfied with my choice of residence."

"1 of the worst place to rent I leave there for 3 year 2 month with no A/C and I put 200$ Hold deposit witch I only got 85 they told me because I didn’t clean witch I pay a company that came and clean the apartment witch I paid them 300 to clean my hole apartment and the supervisor told me that it was 100% clean and I also aske her if I would get my 200$ back and she said why wouldn’t you everything is clean she said do never got my deposit back. They are always looking for excuses to put you will never get your money back one of the worst place to rent."

"Nearly doubled the rent and all they did was refurbish the outside of the apartments. Inside is still complete trash."

"My wife and I are current residents of Meadow Ridge and let me just say I would never recommend this complex to anyone. Ever. The management and maintenance doesn’t want to provide you in a comfortable living area, the just want your money. My unit has been in and out since May 17th. And they were in no hurry to fix it, and whenever they came they always “patched” something up. It would work, but then go right back out. Do not rent from here. The buildings are old, but they recently renovated the outside but should have been updating appliances and other things that actually matters to a tenant. They just simply don’t care. I even withheld my rent and for a week and she told me if I didn’t like it here then I could turn in the keys and pat forfeit fee which 3 times the rent. Why not just fix the issue? Not to mention my entire building is experiencing the exact issue, 2 of them being over 65 years of age and it is currently 94 degrees."
