"My husband is a student at ACOM and we absolutely love living here! Perfect for students, just a short drive to campus. It is a great 2 bedroom space, everything is updated and modern. You are close to everything in Dothan and the landscaping is lovely! My neighbors are wonderful and we have a great sense of community here of all ages. All utilities are included in rent which is a great luxury. I would tell anyone to live here!"

"Hubert did an outstanding job with the renovations. The flats still have charm with a modern touch. I love everything about living here. The calm of the landscape and the swings and fire pit are my favorite. The open floor plan is great as well. They are convenient to so many of my day to day stops. I am thankful Hubert took on the task of renovating and creating a charming living community. This is my favorite place I have lived in Dothan."
"If you’ve driven by The Flats at Midtown Place, you know just how lovely it is. The building, the hardscape, and the landscape fit together beautifully. Hubert Burns has done a superior job of restoring while updating the place. When I first viewed my apartment, I was sold! The gorgeous, old hardwood floors and the brick wall in a bedroom were major factors in my decision. The openness of the living area was really a plus, and the sliding barn doors over the bedroom closets add such contemporary charm. State-of-the-art appliances and fixtures complete the perfect package. For me, seeing some of my favorite plants - magnolias, hydrangeas, and gardenias - as I look out my window has been an unexpected bonus."
"Lived here in 1983-1984. The remodel with updates is amazing! If I were looking for an apartment, this would be at the top of the list. Such preservation of the old “Cherokee Apartments” with the modern amenities! Great job, Hubert!"
