"Lived here off & on for 23+ years and I keep coming back. Raised my kids here... The apartments have aged a lot, water can be cut off at any time with/out notice. A lot more mischief than before due to viability & the sidewalk addition, lighting is horrible, the appliances are 20+ yrs old & don't work. Can't enjoy the pool bc, you have to have a "Pool Pass" to use it and you can't have guest. Again, the staff are Great! Mrs. Amber, Robert and the young man who helps Robert... yet things have gone downhill and prices increase! Still the most affordable place in town for us that's lower income and don't qualify for HUD. It's quiet and peaceful here, still relatively safe and a good side of town. Shopping & restaurants nearby..."

"❌☠️RENTERS BEWARE ☠️ ❌ The decent rent might look enticing but they’ll stick you with INSANE move out fees. I knew I was going to be charged a few move out fees- like carpet cleaning and maid service but was completely blind sided by other unnecessary, extremely expensive move-out fees. To make matters worse. I didn’t even know I was being charged extra move-out fees until collections was calling me! I would have liked to have been treated with enough respect to have been told what I owed before unknowingly being sent straight to collections. The biggest and most unnecessary fee they knocked me with was a $400 painting fee because they only have one maintenance guy on staff currently so they hired out-of house which attributed to a higher bill for painting. How is that my problem or financial burden you only have one maintenance guy? (Who is really nice btw.) The cabinets weren’t even freshly painted when I moved in- yet I’m paying for them to be done? It makes no logical sense. The leasing office staff can be unfriendly, and make it feel like they’re doing you a favor for things that should have never happened in the first place. Also- when I first moved in- there was an extreme roach problem. It took two months for them to go away. Again, some fees (like cleaning) were necessary but about 80% of the $500 PLUS dollars I was blinded with in move out fees was NOT. I feel 100% taken advantage of."

"I've been living here for almost 3 months now and honestly I'm very pleased. The property manager always addresses my complaints/maintenance needs within 2 business days and she's very quick to respond (Even on the weekends when she's off). The location couldn't have been more perfect! Everything you need is within 3 miles if that. The complex provides basic cable w/ the rent. It's a quiet neighborhood... esp in the back. I love how there are cameras all over for surveillance as well as plenty of lighting throughout the entire parking lot. The only downfall is that they have no washer/dryer connections in the units. However, they do have a 24/7 laundromat on the property."
