"This is how we moved into a “ freshly renovated apartment” . These people are a joke. They ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. I went 7 days without a shower during the holidays, had family visiting had to end up Paying for a HOTEL so me & my family could take showers!! Also went 7 months with my front window broke ( which it was like that when we moved in) My Unit is covered in BLACK MOLD due to a/c leak. My A/c was manufactured in 1983!!! PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE !! Code enforcement needs to be Called ASAP!! Photos are from our a/c unit closet and under near our stairs !!"
"Its currently 50 degrees suppose to get down to low 30’s. Have been making complaints about my heater going out for last 36 hrs; and still no one came, the office doesn’t respond or answer the phone, there’s not an emergency number. And to top it off I have my 7 year old son. I don’t know what’s going on but my lease will be broken!"
"DO NOT RENT HERE . They are EXTREMELY money hungry . Maintenance man only works on appliances for 30 mins before his shift ends. The trash & grass has not been kept up for over 3 months. Packages are being stolen . They have mice, & bedbugs . STAY AWAAAYYYY . Food expires fast . NOT A GOOD RENTAL PROPERTY"
"One of thee worst apartment complexes available for rent to date. They're disgusting. The floors reek of mildew and smoke. The was are tinged brown from previous tenants and their smoking habits, the water comes out of faucets orange and rusty until you let it run for some time, and those in management do not care. I have a toddler whose health is at risk daily. Not only that, but there are multiple crackheads that loiter at all times of night and DAY. If you can avoid this place, DO SO!!!"
"These apartments bare way over priced at best. There is trash everywhere! There is never anyone in the office and management changed often. This is not a safe environment for small children or women. This is the better part of what I can say, it’s way worse! Check out police reports which are public record, This is no place to raise children!"
