"First of all, we did not even get to see our apartment until our finalized move-in date. Our lease went up $100 on our move in date and we had pay out pet fee twice because they "couldn't find our first one". The staff has very poor communication amongst each other. Next the actual apartments.... our place was infested and I truly mean INFESTED with roaches as soon as we moved in no matter how clean our home was. Our bathroom has no wall outlet. And the only storage closet in the entire apartment was in the bedroom for our clothes. We were also under the impression we would have a microwave, pantry and a dishwasher built in, we did not have any of those. Neighbors were constantly yelling and being extremely obnoxious, listening to music and talking on the phone with the window open.. One day the door was open the inside was NASTY.. place is miserable to live in. $600 a month for this dump of a place is not it."

"Old complex but has some new upgrades. Nice quite area with very little disturbances. Insides are much nicer then the grounds leads you to believe. Good for both couples and families alike."
