"Summerfield is a great place to live. It is in a very convenient location to school and to many places around Dothan. The staff are always very helpful and attentive to residents' needs. The maintenance staff are very prompt and thorough with any need that a resident may have. The units are spacious and the complex is quiet. The amenities are always very clean and well kept. "The apartment complex is nice. The dog bark is an excellent addition. My dog loves going to the park and he has made many friends. Management is friendly and understanding. They are respond quickly to any concerns you may have and are always willing to work with you if any issues arise. It's a nice place to live."

"Since college I've lived in a few apartments and this has by far been the best experience. The management is what makes this place great to live at. Brittany, the community manger, is SO friendly and is willing to help, answer questions and keep all of the residents up to date on happenings at Summerfield. The staff are also prompt in resolving any questions or issues, and trust me, that's a rarity in apartment complexes. The grounds are always kept nicely and the pool & hot tub are cleaned regularly. I would definitely recommend living here. My husband is the ACOM student and it's been great for him not to have to commute on top of his studying. I've felt totally safe living here and it's a nice feeling knowing you have something in common with all of your neighbors. & honestly, if you are a student needing to connect, living on campus is the best way to do that."
