"I moved into this apartment at the beginning of this month. Before I moved in, I toured two units. Both of them included a microwave and updated features in the kitchen and bathroom. Once I made the decision, I applied and got approved. I kept calling to ask could I see the actual unit I would be living in, as opposed to a model. I was told that the actual unit I would be living in was still occupied so I couldn’t view it. Before I electronically signed my lease, I went by the leasing office once more just to confirm What my unit would look like. I was again allowed to tour a Unit that was supposed to be "exactly like the one I would be moving into." On move-in day, I was extremely disappointed to find that the kitchen and the bathroom did not look at all like what I was told it would look like. The entire kitchen was in fact NOT updated, nor did it even have a microwave. I expressed my disappointment to the leasing agent, and how the apartment was not what I was told I was going to get, And she said she would talk to her manager. I didn’t hear anything from her for over a week so I called the leasing office to check on the status of my complaint, And I was told: "Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do." This is very disappointing. And although I know it’s not the leasing agent’s fault (She was extremely kind, by the way. I believe her name is Ebony), I definitely feel was lied to. I was promised one thing and then upon the day I moved in, I didn’t get anything that I was supposed to be paying for. FALSE ADVERTISING. In addition to that, I moved in and the icemaker in the freezer does not work. I put in a maintenance request on the very same day I moved in to address this issue. It has been over a week and I have yet to even get a response to my request. I am NOT happy."

"I had recently left a review of 2 stars, but this place is so poorly managed that I wanted to warn everyone to beware before considering a lease here. I have never had to deal with so many problems in my life while renting. • The entrance, guest, and exit gate are all consistently left open for weeks at a time • The pet waste station has overflowed 2 times before and now 3 times. Been like this for over a month (pictured) • The trash compactor has been broken and therefore been using drop-off bins for 4 months, and overflowing weekly. (pictured) • A/C repair request has been entered in and “completed” I think 3-4 times now in the past 9 months. It is currently broken and have had a repair request in for a MONTH! I am having to keep doors and windows open to keep the apartment cool, which is fine and dandy while it’s cooler out but it’s not cool every day. I don’t want to have to rely on doors and windows because then I get to listen to my neighbors screaming at each other and smell them smoke their cigarettes. • The apartment floors and appliances are outdated for the price of rent and year we are in. Desperate need for a redo if intending on continuing to charge a heavy rent (great location I get that) but good Lord stay at another apartment that gives you what you pay for. • Pool was open for a total of 2 months during the summer and grills are not kept up (I swear I opened it one evening to a small bit of food left on the grill and a rat eating it) • Customer service is not their priority. They answer the phone 1/2 the time and when you do get ahold of them, they tell you they’ll check on something you called about and let you know. They never let you know. I highly suggest seeking out another place to rent. As an employee reads this, I would hope that they would consider how they would feel if they were a resident and had many concerns. Possible newcomers, Town across the street will be built soon. Go there"
