"Hot water never worked for more than 3 minutes. Asked for a fix never helped. Downstairs flooded everytime it rained and I mean it FLOODS also no help. They literally only have two maintenance guys for the entire place you can see them being pulled around everywhere so nothing ever gets done. The only upside to Iiving here is seeing the neighbors occasionally try to beat each other up."
"My husband and I really enjoyed living here(with the exception of our upstairs neighbors). The office manager was always friendly and understanding of our needs and the maintenance was always quick with anything that needed to be fixed."
"They look down and judge people who have had credit issues in the past sometimes things outside the applicants control. Everyone needs a place to live especially with children. I can afford to pay the rent but our society wants to continue to punish people who have had credit issues. Keep in mind this is not a luxury apartment. I could understand a luxury apartment. This is very unethical. Update:. I have already contacted your office that is what prompted this review"
"DO NOT RENT!!! These apartments are VERY old and rundown and NOT energy efficient. Rent also is increased by a MAJOR amount every year. This contributes to tenants moving after only a year. The apartments are NOT worth what they cost per month. You do NOT get what you pay for. There is a reason they are nicknamed " the north Phenix City projects"."
"Constantly have had problems since my stay here. They are quick to fine you on things and slow to fix up the apartments how they should . Nothing works , I’m calling maintenance all the time. The bug people will come in your appartment & not even spray , they just walk around . My mailbox is always full of everyone else’s mail , BUT mine !! When reporting stuff to the front office the lady will tell you the exact same thing EVERY TIME !!! Definitely wasn’t my first choice of apartment picks , but it was the only thing available at the time ."
