"I absolutely loved living here. I felt very safe and secure. It was very clean and they even repainted the entire complex to keep it updated. Sometimes you could here music at night or car alarms going of for a long period. However, it's an apartment complex with other people, you're bound to have some instances of disturbances. But in these instances, the office manager was very friendly and made sure to do her best to take care of any issue that was brought to her. She was the best! She cared! This was truly an awesome place to live!!!"
"I liked living here. Maintenance was done fine. People are very nice. Air filters were free and in the office. Compared to other places I have lived this place is great and lots of space in apts."
"There is dog crap around the property because of nasty tenants who do not pick up after pets. Maintenance is slow and have to be reminded that you have an issue for anything to get accomplished. The women in the leasing office have THE WORST ATTITUDES, and are not friendly whatsoever. The apartment floors are terribly uneven to the point where you walk in the bathroom you trip... Save your time and your money because the price of rent is not worth it!!!!!"
"The service here is horrible. Moved in June 2016 and maintenance still has not completed the work orders. Window screens are broken, bathroom door to 2nd bedroom won't close due to the sloping bedroom. Just horrible. Unless you're a handy man, who can complete the problems, don't look for maintenance too. Oh, and there's no fire extinguisher, you will need to purchase with your own money and change your own air filter. Just horrible for what they charge. The neighborhood is quiet, and that seems to be the only plus."
"Just went to view the property today and it was ok but the receptionist was very rude with us and showed no interest in showing the property. The most she did was unlocked the door and left us to look inside by ourselves while she went to do something else if personality sold property they would have alot of vacancies."
