Greenleaf Apartments

"Now that I have moved out of these apartments & received my final statement, I feel I can leave an honest review. The apartments themselves are much older but they are kept up great- the maintenance staff is always on top of any work orders. I’ve lived much newer places and the quality of the materials in the apartment or poor maintenance response time made it not worth the “fancy” living. However, the leasing office is a disaster. The amount of turnover in staff is crazy. Melissa and Kaycee were always helpful & I would recommend working with one of them. The neighbors suck, for the most part. A lot of disrespect from people- leaving trash in the parking lots, spilling things in the breezeways so the floors & stairs are constantly stained or sticky. People just don’t care to respect they have neighbors who don’t want to hear their music or gaming 24/7- and it doesn’t matter how many times you call courtesy patrol after hours or even 911 to try & get things documented- the leasing office/management not even once addressed any of the noise or filth things- so I went a year of my life with constantly having interrupted sleep or sticky things on my shoes. I couldn’t sit on my balcony in peace without people sitting in the parking lot fighting or blaring music. The apartments are great but 90% of the residents are TRASH. And the residents aren’t so much of an issue as the fact Thayer did nothing to make sure MY living experience was peaceful. I gave up after a few months there & accepted nothing would ever get done & their manager (Mandy) stopped even acknowledging emails I sent. I think I only sent like 3 but she clearly has no interest in helping either. Also, when I moved in- the apartment was dirty. Like really dirty. I forgot about that. They offered to have it re cleaned but at that point I’d been there several weeks & did the cleaning myself. I will say they gave me $100 off the next months rent for the dirty move in, but $100 doesn’t equivalate to the time I spent cleaning or the stress and frustration. And they never came to clean the outside of my windows (unclear, covered in sticky residue of some kind)… so yeah. Take this place with a grain of salt."

"These apartments are cheaper than a lot of others in the area. There is a fitness room, dog park, paved walking trail, and a modern online portal where you can pay rent and request maintenance. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I would recommend these apartments to family and friends."

"I love Greenleaf. I have been a resident for 9 years and I do not regret moving here. The office staff is wonderful. They are very responsive to my needs when I have them. Service requests are responded to immediately even when they are not emergencies. Greenleaf is the place to reside!!"

"I’ve been here for two years and I love it. It’s a great community in a great location. The office staff and maintenance staff are the best parts of living here! Plus beautiful pools, fitness center and laundry facility. My only complaint is the price for a basic apartment. But I’ll be staying here another year at least!"

"Awesome community with great facilities! The staff is amazing, super friendly, and extremely helpful! I needed to get into an apartment very quickly, and they went above and beyond to get me into an apartment within the time I needed. The walls seem almost sound proof, and sometimes I forget I even have neighbors! The pools are maintained and cleaned regularly. The laundry facility is affordable and requires only one cycle of drying for a full load of laundry. I will recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know looking for an apartment. Easily five stars everyday, and even twice on Sunday!!!"
