"I worked here with the property manager Kenisha, which is the short dark skinned lady with glasses, she is very unprofessional, very wicked and rude. She talks to the elder tenants as if they are retarted in a very disturbing and disgusting matter, she is very manipulative and controlling, and takes advantage of work at the senior home bc there is no one there to supervise her behavior and how she deals with maintenance and the tenants, anyone can just ask the tenants how does Kenisha treat them and they would 9x out of 10 say like trash and they don’t like here, I believe they should find someone who is actually a people person and cares for the elderly tenants. The place itself is nice but the problem is the current property manager."
"The management team will lie on you to get you thrown out of here. If you file complaint against their management team not a good place to live. Gateway management team do not treat their residents right they don't fix their appliances And if you file a complaint against their management team they'll give you 30 notice to move out and they will lie on you be careful. And when you do file complaint vice president named Laurie. She goes along with Jonathan lies and they will throw you out of here."

"I was very pleased with all aspects of application process. Especially Mgr Kim who took the time to explain any questions I asked and was very thorough. I also found the staff friendly and helpful as well. From first glance and tour of apt I saw the building was spotless and very quiet. Upon moving in I am above pleased w the apartment and all the modern appliances. I am very happy to call this ‘my home’."
