"These are great starter apartments but they need major work. Our apartment had mold ad the ceiling kept caving in then it fell in and you can see the mold. So humid the seasoning would harden solid."

"I been a resident since 2018 I really haven't had no major issue until the people next door to me move out so now I'm having a roach problem that seen to be getting out of control the pest guy comes around that s... don't work so I'm happen to figure out my own ways they didn't sign the lease with me so they shouldn't be in here bc I'm a very clean person so another problem comes alone I get a new neighbor's an I be damn if they don't have 3 pitbulls that they never get taking out and all they do is bark an piss bc the smell is in my apt now smell like dog pissed I spoke with management about the problem waiting for them to resolve it that smell I can't deal wit this smell its coming through my vent an its Very strong Pee the dogs look very aggressive all they do is bark and if ever get out that door they gonna attack somebody'an I know all pitbulls are not bad dogs but these are for sure if anybody have advice please let me know something has to be done Thanks"

"Maintenance was very pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met . Very speedy response and down to earth guy. I’m glad he’s on the other end of maintenance requests and actually takes his job seriously! "Ok let’s just say overall throughout places I’ve stayed this community here is the best! The management is absolutely the best! When I first came here I spoke to Darien he asked me what I was looking for I told him and just like that he got me set up I didn’t have to do any calling to get information he called me to keep me updated on what was going on and on the process I told him I wanted to move ASAP and he got on it just like that with the help of his wonderful boss Ms. Lamar she’s the sweetest they both work together to make sure your needs are met. I didn’t want a top floor apartment so the next day I got a call to be notified that they’re find me the one I want. The energy here is something to look forward to both workers have a great ready to work attitude.. if you have any questions or concerns they have no problem with answering them. And the community itself is nice and quiet very clean with nice updated flooring throughout the apartment nice sizing and all. I look forward to staying here and renewing my lease! No more moving for me I’ve found the perfect spot."
