The Village at Iris Glen

"Ms. Sharon is a very pleasant and helpful person. She answered every email and every call with helpful information and in a timely manner. The apartments are beautiful. The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. There's a laundry room, grilling area, and a pet area in the complex. They host gatherings also. Just had a community fish fry this week. The neighbors are all nice and it's a very quiet, friendly place to live. And a big plus is there is bus transportation that is walking distance. And there is a lot of shopping, restaurants, and fun things to do in the area. I'm loving it here."

"The property manager, Sharon provides excellent service. Most importantly she interacts with the clients by having social activities, such as cookouts. These events help the community get to know each other. The property is quiet and well maintained. Sharon is the ultimate professional, I am so happy that she's here. I also met the maintenance staff, forgive me for not remembering his name, he has the same passion as Sharon. Because of them the Iris Glen complex is a positive environment."

"I visited this property and I received great customer service with the manager Sharon even though this is not an A property but the vibes I felt when I entered the office got me. I had been to several different properties and the customer service there was awful, bitter and bad energy in the air but visiting Village at Iris Glen walking in to a clean smell, pretty smile and great customer service sold me. "They patched things up supposedly fix my bathtub 4 times. And the vinyl on the floor he patched it up and put screws in it to hold it down now I am walking on screws but it's not Sharon it's the maintenence. She go over and beyond to do things. She have cook outs for the complex she is a great person can't do it all by herself."

"I've lived here for 7 years and this property was a hand full but once Ms. Sharon came on the property I can see a 100 degree turn around. I just renewed my lease for another year. Even though our property may not be an A property but Ms. Sharon go over and beyond to satisfy her residents therefore her consistency make this property a A property.
