"The family and I love it here. Management is great, park has nice amenities. My one complaint is the kids walking in the middle of the road and not moving over when they see cars. It nice and peaceful here. Maintenance is always on top of everything and the head guy is professional and does his best to help everyone."

"Ever since Mae left office, it has been nothing but issues from Highridge. They’ve changed rent amounts without notice, They don’t abide by their own rules. They don’t help the people who rent from them with any issues concerning the community and/or home issues. They don’t care about the tenants. They only care about lining their pockets. They are extremely rude and don’t answer the phones. When addressing issues, if it’s not a priority to them, then they don’t care! They talk to you like you’re dirt under their feet. Melanie & Ron are the worst thing to happen to HighRidge. Mae was the best person they had & she’s gone. She was the reason people actually came to and stayed with HighRidge. I would not rent from them! They are not what they used to be!"

"Rented 10/2022-10/2023 when we first moved in our door didn’t fit. Anytime it would rain our floors would be flooded. We had about 6 maintenance measures done in the matter of 6 months before we got a door that finally fit. In that time we slipped and fell in the middle of the night a few times. Ive woken up to my water off with no notice. They’ll say either “ someone hit a pipe “ or “ fr Michelle cut it off “ but there’s no notices in any form when this happens. Text/social media post/flyer .. nothing. Basketball court is extremely tiny and ducked off right next to the Maintenance shed , just an odd location and size. And when I say it’s SMALL. The summer here was the absolute worse. Thermostat would be set to 74. Trailer would reach up to 92 most day. Issue was never resolved by maintenance. Wound up purchasing an AC unit. Pool is extremely small as well and I’ve seen it get pretty nasty over this summer. Pool also sits right under the sun so the water is pretty thick and muggy feeling most of the time. Pool also closes at 8 PM , which is just outrageous. Went 4 months without pest control. The yards are filled with flying roaches. And eventually they got all into the trailer. By the time pest control came back , I mentioned the issue to the pest man to only find out they weren’t even spraying for roaches of any kind in any unit. Front office : Mae is typically on her stuff. Melanie however never seems to know anything about anything or how to assist with anything which is annoying. HERES A POSITIVE THO , they just started incorporating split rent ! Which I love. Just no one in the office knows how to use the app. Back to what I was saying, the best thing here is probably the drive down Gibbs drive ,thru the trees in the fall season and the new leasing office. The AC was amazing in there all summer"

"Please RUN ! If you are looking for the Newer trailers . When I first moved in it was quiet , more so it still is the problem is the EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF CATS THATS ALL OVER PEOPLE CARS , and the children who can’t seem to move out of the roads. Let alone leaving all their toys in the rd. Also expect for random kids and ppl to just walk and be through your yard , because clearly don’t don’t respect the small amt of space everyone has . The amount of space is just not worth it for the price you pay . Technically u only have a front yard because your back yard is considered someone else’s front yard. Pest control is supposed to be included , however in the days they have supposed to come out no one has sprayed my trailer. It’s always raining . The lining of the trailer has a tremendous amount of brown spiders , and and FLYING roaches . The grass they put down has attracted an enormous amount of flys. The pool is very small but salt water . It closes at 8p , which is lame bc your paying 900+ for something that you may never be able to actually use bc sometimes is too many ppl in it. The pool so it’s not worth going to .. every month the rent seems to get higher and higher .. if your rent is late . Expect a 6-7 day notices because after that they will be starting your eviction process + an extra 600 dollars for the fees. So many ppl have just moved in and already moving out . ITS REALLY RIDICULOUS. If you looking for a 3bed and need space . Please just get a house bc you will lose out moving here . Other than that RUN, we are being robbed without a gun.. Update-8/22/23 Ppl are still moving out , rent still getting higher and higher. I have had work orders I. For months still not fixed . Flying roaches are a major problem and pest control still has not come to spray a damn thing except the rent office . Which I assume they just want to only keep that looking nice for upcoming residence. Mind you we only have 1 more service date and that’s in DEC. PLEASE IF YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY , choose wisely because HIGHRIDGE ISNT IT. It may look nice but wait until it’s time for rent to be due then you will be looking crazy!"

"I love living here. The neighbors mind their business, it's got a nice pool and movie theater for the kids and family to enjoy. Ms. Mae runs the office and she's the neighborhood mom to the kids. She will get on to them but watch out for them at the same time. It's definitely a nice place. A lot better then it used to be."
