"Stayed in this complex for a short lease. They are amazing. No issues for us. Great area and close to military base. Train runs past the apartments but wasn’t bothersome for us. Ms. Erica is phenomenal and so friendly. The officer that lives in the complex is AMAZING as well. He was super helpful and very kind. I would definitely stay here again if we move back to the area."

"Let me start by saying that I am very picky about the places I live. When we found out we were moving to this area, my husband and I spent at least 5-6 months searching and over-analyzing every apartment complex between Phenix City, AL and Columbus, GA. During that time I found myself constantly disappointed with the results I was getting. Apartments were either grossly overpriced, extremely particular about the potential ferociousness of our lovable Boxer puppy, or too good to be true. The apartments we thought were perfect ended up being full of problems (which we discovered through reviews like this), so I had no other option but to try and accept the fact that we were going to have to settle for two years of car break-ins, obnoxious neighbors, and bugs infestations. That was until I stumbled upon Windsweep Luxury Apartments. You WILL NOT find this level of quality for such an affordable price. We have lived here for several months now, and for once in my life I have ZERO complaints (can't you tell I'm quite the ray of sunshine?). The manager, Erica, is phenomenal at what she does. I have worked in customer service for years (including management) and I can tell you from a professional standpoint that she is someone that any business would be lucky to have. Nowhere else will you find a property manager that remembers each of their tenants' names, and genuinely cares for the people around them. The apartments are beautiful, the maintenance workers are great, incredibly prompt, and polite, the neighborhood is quiet, and the overall atmosphere is just great. I could go on and on about Windsweep. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. We've made it a point to try and refer all our military friends here!"
