"Hopefully whoever is looking for a decent place to stay doesn’t stumble across this community! I lived here a little over 2 years and my rent was different every couple months. Covid hit and matters worse because my rent was fluctuating with no written warning! The apartment has horrible insulation. My ac was out mid summer and the upstairs was scorching hot for 3 days. They finally sent someone over to fix that problem but neglected the whole under my sink where all kinds of things could crawl in! Ask a couple neighbors who currently live there what there experience is like before leasing! They have had 4 property managers since I was there! All of them just as slummy as the landlord. They think because you live in downtown Buford with great schools that they should charge how they charge and never fix anything. It’s not a community there’s no where for kids to play or anything! It’s a get by to get better type of living arrangement. Nafi is a liar and a thief. They only asked for my pay in 2019 and that’s when I moved in. They never asked for proper documentation for anything! Be careful!"
"Lanier Townhomes is well maintained small apartment community in historic downtown Buford. It’s very quiet and many residents have lived here for long term. Rents are affordable & it’s in one of the best school districts in Gwinnett county. Keep up the good work, management !"
"Great place to live right in historic downtown Buford!!! Quiet, community also Lanier Townhomes is locate in one of the best school districts in Georgia. Lanier Townhomes is very affordable. Lanier Townhomes has new management which are great. The Manegar at property very friendly she gets things done, not like the old manegar. I have to say Im Very Happy with change."
"Great place to live right in historic downtown Buford!!! Quiet, neighborly community that is the one of the best school districts in Georgia. Lanier Townhomes is very affordable, the best value in all of Buford, and has management that really cares. There are always on a couple homes ever available and every resident is checked out, but if your a good person looking for a good home...this is the place for you! :)"
