"Awsome apartment complex and even better staff all around! Been here for almost a year and I WILL be renewing my lease. Manager Rodrica went above and beyond with assisting me during my move and I couldn’t be any more appreciative! If the manager is great, the energy will naturally flow down to her staff and it shows greatly… absolutely no complaints with staff. The community is safe, friendly and homey. The community is quiet, daily outside upkeep to include the pool during fall/winter months and maintenance responds immediately. Highly RECOMMEND"
"This review is to show appreciation for the new maintenance supervisor, Ky, that recently started at the property. Since my transfer, he has made sure that my work orders are taken care of in a timely manner. Just today, he came by and brought my new stove to my apartment by his self to ensure my wait time did not increase. I have been a little apprehensive of how the property would handle maintenance turnover but I feel better and appreciate Ky’s attention to detail and customer service. Thank you!"
"I must said I have had an excellent move in experience. Markeyla is Paces newest Leasing Agent but you couldn’t tell, it’s like she’s been there a while. Also like to acknowledge Jessa who I started this journey with ,she’s a gem. Both young Ladies are top notch and I couldn’t asked for any better Agent/Manager. Loving my NEW home!"
"This apartment complex is great to live at. It’s tucked away in a nice neighborhood and away from the hustle and bustle of a college town. Perfect for graduate students looking for a quiet place to study. Also I love the aesthetics of my apartment. The terra-cotta like tiles gives it a Spanish colonial style vibe. I’ve been here since June and the only con I have so far is that I wish there was more sidewalk light poles. I would definitely recommend living here."
"Everyone in the leasing office is knowledgeable, respectful, and very helpful. Importantly they have been just as transparent and nice after I signed my lease as before signing. The complex is very well maintained with lots of amenities such as the 24 hour gym, 2 pools, Amazon package boxes, a dog park, community grills. My only potential complaint is that the walls are thin and you will hear your neighbors but everyone is aware of that and tries to keep the noise level to a respectful minimum."
