"Will not give you a refund if you have a change in plans very dirty, loud road right beside rv park, creepy neighbors that go through laundry if you dont keep your eye on your own, lied about having Wi-Fi and cable and refuse to update anybody about it. Owner makes inappropriate jokes to women and made me feel uncomfortable doing so by saying I could stand beside the road and advertise for the business because of my looks. On the bright side… you get to have shade in the summertime"

"The park it self is under construction still. The staff is wonderful. The price is good for an overnight stay. The electrical boxes are older and have a hard time dealing with 50 amps when you run acs and AquaHot. We would come back for and over night."

"Love it there, needs a little updating but our site was wonderful an Mr. BUTCH also had a community fire pit. It was very cozy. Staff was great. Will return to this park."

"It’s a fine place for a quick overnight. Near a loud road. They advertise free WiFi and cable but have neither. Payed $50 with good Sam discount. The one very positive thing is that the owner was Super nice!"

"The price ($50/ night) expects a nice place. NOT! Dark, mildewed, old. The utilities were not even placed together! I came in after dark and couldn't even FIND the water! They were supposed to have cable with 80 channels. Didn't work. And I couldn't get my 4G working there, either! Didn't even check out their bath house. Wasn't interested in finding out if I would get trenchfoot. The employees were nice."
