"We stopped here as an overnight midway point with our pup, during a 1600 mile drive and couldn’t have been more pleased! The rooms were clean & quiet, and the staff — extremely friendly! Bonus was a nice hot breakfast and piping hot coffee. Highly recommend!"

"My first stay with this Hotel in Opelika. Clean rooms, quite surroundings, and really great service. I checked in with Ms. Sam at the front desk. She had an amazing, great attitude, and with a big smile, welcomed me to Comfort Inn, Opelika. Ms. Sam described all the features and pointed out the breakfast time schedule, and reminded me I needed anything. Please let her know. My stay was for two nights, which were very enjoyable. This Comfort Inn is located near the Interstate, with easy access to North or southbound traffic. A very pleasant stay and kind service from staff members, especially the kitchen Lady. She was outstanding!"

"It was a wonderfully made bed and the breakfast was amazing. They have so many choices for coffee. Waffles, sausage, cheese omelet, juices, bread to toast including raisin. And the dining area was comfortable as well."

"This is a very used hotel with construction crews filing in and out weekly. We stayed here 4 nights with a dog while we waited for more permanent housing to be ready. The Good: the staff was great, affordable, and the breakfast was pretty good. The bad: despite communicating in every way possible the housekeeping staff knocked on our door every day ignoring the do not disturb sign. They even entered a few times and told the hotel we had a dog. Every time my dog would bark and get upset. This created awkwardness and my wife and I we we’re forced to wait in the room every day. Also the plumbing in this hotel is only semi-functional. We moved rooms mid stay after a toilet refused to flush on 4 separate occasions. The first time the desk attendant gave me a plunger. The new room’s toilet was not much better. The issue seems to be building wide. The soap dispenser in the men’s lobby bathroom was empty our entire stay. This place is fine for a night, don’t go beyond that."

"Room wasn’t clean, blood stained comforter, mattress cover had a huge urine stain and blood, chair has stains on the seat, light above mirror doesn’t work, light in entry way doesn’t work, I spoke with several on duty staff, even this morning the guy at the desk, Jacob, told me that stains doesn’t mean it’s not clean, I asked for %50 off, they offered me 20% off so I will just dispute the charges, it was overpriced. It was cheaper and closer to the venue we attended but I rather have paid more and been in a clean room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and wouldn’t stay here again."
