"The experience I've had with Tree Tops Apartment has been more like an adventure management has been polite caring helpful eager to help. I have associated with a few apartment complex not saying all was bad yet real talk management makes you feel at Home. It's a great place to live. If you're looking and they have it talk with them before you make your decision!"
"Very wooded area So insects and roaches could be a problem. Still very old and outdated. Thick coat of paint on walls and cabinets. no new appliances since the 90s. Old white stove, old cabinets old white outdated refrigerator and old cheap hippy looking carpet. Nothing has really been updated in this complex at all. Not even a good outside pressure wash. And half of the good reviews are from people employed with Flourney management and would not live here themselves!!"
"What a great location! So close to everything I need such as shopping and eateries. The manager Kim is such a delight to work with and I am excited about the move."
"We tried to rent from here, did the application we even had the deposit pet deposit and first month rent. Some how the person who did our application couldn’t find out credit background even though I have a car payment as well as rent from our current apartment and other things. She was nice till I tried explaining it to her that was impossible that she couldn’t find our credit background in “there system”. It’s fine that they couldn’t find it but was not treated nicely and she ended being really rude to me because of that. On top of that we noticed that the apartment from the outside was falling apart. That whole apartment complex needs to be remodel and updated."
