"I have reached out to maintenance for a year and a half off and on because our refrigerator has continuously had issues. The maintenance guys are all great and nice but haven't been able to fix it properly. the refrigerator is now failing and I'm tired of putting Maintenance requests in. can I please just get a new fridge in here? I have to buy new refrigerated groceries now. I love how nice the staff is here and it's a beautiful place to live but I'm tired of having to continue to ask to have this fixed."

"Moldy cabinets falling apart from 1970s and dipping floorboards are standard. Staff promises repairs but no follow through. Stay away!!!! Someone needs to call the Health Department. Slum lords. The apartment next to my daughter’s apartment had been opened with a battering ram by the police, and the maintenance man walked me through it. It had not been cleaned up, so moldy food on kitchen counters & fridge. The bathroom had black mold from tub to ceiling which had gone through the walls to my daughter’s bathroom. My daughter was pressured to get me to erase my review. The Opelika Health Department ignored my complaint. Do not live here if you value your health. It should be condemned and the owners fined/jailed."

"we just moved in friday the refrigerator has not gotten cold for 5 days now, half of the outlets in my apartment don’t work, there are ants, ROACHES, and mice everywhere in my apartment. i have emailed called and everything they have yet to come into my apartment to do any work or spray or anything at all. if i would’ve known this is how i’d be living i would have NEVER moved in."

"To start I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here at all. I lived at this complex from August 9, 2019 - August 7, 2020 and it was the worst experience of my life. I must say the ladies in the front office were amazing and the maintenance workers toward the end were cool as well. Aside that everything about this experience was horrible. I first signed my lease to leave in an renovated apartment but I was informed 1 day before move in that the apartment wasn't going to be ready of another week, which was a problem because I was moving form Ohio and it had only been a day notice, so I accepted and upgraded apartment because it was an bigger apartment. I arrived first day to moved in to an apartment that 1. Didn't have a work A/C unit 2. No toilet seat 3. Moldy smell in the apartment (which came from the A/C unit which is shown in the pictures) 4. With a bathtub that doesn't drain We solved two of the problem that day, 2 and 4, but that a/c was a on going issues throughout my time there. They worked on it over 10 times in the course of that year and the first 2 weeks I went without, along with it always leaking. I had a huge whole in my ceiling for about 3 month because of a leak from the apartment above with was empty for most of my stay, I was continually told but the front office they were going to fix it. But it took me asking the repair man to come patch it to actually get it done. Lastly worse of all I left the apartment in April to go to Ohio because of the Virus and emailed the office to keep an eye on my apartment. Just to make sure it stays bug free and everything stays in working order. When I came back July the apartment was filled with mice poop and dead insect all over the apartment. The ladies at the found desk offer no reasoning behind why the apartment wasn't locked over after she assured it was going to be. Over the next few week I have to have exterminator come out to place trap along with the one I place. It was horrible living with know mice are running across the floor at night. Eventually are the mice were caught be it was gross to know that the living in my apartment during my break, all my apartment needing was a couple check up and it would have been clear that they need to place traps. But the totally neglected my apartment after I was promised they would keep an eye on it. Lastly after all that trouble the took over 70 days to send me thy deposit back. This apartment complex gets and 0/5 for me I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ANYBODY AGAINST EVER MOVING TO THE APARTMENT COMPLEX!"

"I moved into my apartment in July, and Have absolutely loved living here! Kim has went above and beyond for me. My apartment was newly renovated when i moved in and my maintenance issues are addressed almost immediately. I know there are some bad reviews of this place, but i can tell you that the management is trying to improve the area daily. Its quiet and a perfect place for me and my dog!"
