"Me personally have never lived in these apartments but my love one has and have been harassed by management to pay a fee that she doesn't owe. My love one moved out gave her notice in advance and they swear she didn't and demanding payment but uper management want talk to her about the situation. How can you say she didn't turn in her notice when the person she turned it into is no longer in the office and she has an email saying she didn't have a balance. This is very poor management and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here."

"FAITH is very rude and unprofessional!! She literally degrades ppl that comes in to do applications. I think she needs to be reported ASAP!!! This woman does not work well with the Public. Get someone in that office with a nicer attitude and has compassion for HUMAN BEINGS"

"This place is absolutely disgusting. “Renovation”??? Yeah right!! Everything has been patched up and painted over from top to bottom. Everything you touch falls apart. They paint the bathtub with wall paint and it chips daily. The water has a weird mildew smell in the shower and kitchen. Cockroaches come in like they pay rent. The neighborhood kids walk all day smoking weed in front of the office. Why patch it up and it’s still not livable. And the air never works properly. Half the residents have window unit a/c. This place needs to be torn down ASAP!"

"Head management Is awful!!! Lost everything in a fire. Thanks to the Community (Not Pinehurst) for helping us to get all the things we needed and more. The Community really showed up and showed out. Fire happened 2/18 and rent in full was due 3/1....smh. And still haven't met nor seen an owner. Nasty attitudes for management. 9/19,still the same. Nothing has changed but 6 different managers n a year"

"If I could rate them 0 stars I would! I moved out of my apartment && left it spotless! They made up all kinds of fake charges to avoid returning my deposit back in my hand! My unit is the oldest unit in the complex && is the last one to get remodeled ! They’ve been through at least 6 different maintenance men since I’ve been living there. They hardly fix things correctly && they are patch workers! I am more than upset && I will be taking up other matters to get my money back !"
