"Do not move here they do not care about us as tenets they are never at the office they money hungry I’ve waited almost 1 year on them to get someone out here to come and spray still no one has been out here we have had 5 different landlords since year 2022 management very rude you have to asking to get something fixed over and over always shooting over here young kids outside no parental supervision the pipes are stopped up they have not been fixed it’s been well over 2 years every time you want to speak with some one in management you have to call the Birmingham office and they are never there they felled inspection on the whole complex due to them not keeping anything up nor fix every apartment needs to be renovated always trash everywhere this is no place for a family to live please keep yall money and move else where cause midway and oakwood are not the livable I do not recommend 0 stars!"
