"What the point in paying for amenities if we can’t use them? Came to the pool at 5:00 pm on a Saturday and it’s locked. This isn’t the first time but at this point it’s becoming annoying, especially when paying all this money to live here! And I have a video to prove it so please don’t tell me to call the front office. The pool gate is locked constantly when it isn’t supposed to be. It’s ridiculous and nerve racking. Please allow people who live here to enjoy the Amenities and along with it, it’s Labor Day weekend. The pool is about to close anyway!!!! This is horrible!!!! Y’all close on Monday and no one comes to clean the pool on Monday. Then y’all decided to close during a week day because no one cleaned it on Monday. Save the call the front office under my comment, they never answer the phone anyway !"
"We toured the apartments a few days ago and were fascinated by the community. The floor plans are immaculate. The leasing staff were extravagant!"
"This is absolutely the worst property in Conyers from the over flow of trash to the unprofessional non responsive office staff this is a horrible place to live. On top of that the management company requires that you pay your rent regardless if they make repairs or not, has trash pouring out of the dumpster or not, snakes sitting outside your door or not. Rockdale County doesn’t require that property companies repair your apartment only that you pay your rent. Because judgement seem to rule in their favor regardless. The entire bathroom mirror came crashing down and almost cut me up. The fire Alarm has been broken for 8 months. Plus a long list of additional repairs. Horrible, unsafe place to live. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!"
