"Very nasty. Water n sewage high as hell. This place not even worth the rent you pay here. Paying for 2023 apartment but this place look like it was build in 1999. Need to upgrade these apartment or knock them down. An lord don't talk about the roaches in them apartment. Nobody should live like this."

My apartment receive all the necessary upgrades. Thanks for make me and my daughter moving to our new home a great experience. The sore eye is the pool and laundry room. With such a small community these amenities are most of useful. Overall thanks for bringing the beauty back in ashford Brooks."
"The pool never open and the place is terrible, y u making false advertisement but yet u cant open up the pool and the park is litteraly trash , nd they be so close to take people to court but cant even open up the pool this place is terrible , watch they delete this bc they are weird ."
"Honestly this was the only place that would take us when we moved in. The maintenance man never fixed anything. But I can say since the new company took over it’s been slightly better. How do you have a pool and laundry room and it’s never open."
