"REBECCA IS AMAZING! I had a few issues with my apartment after initially moving in. I was getting what I felt to be the runaround from then property manager (name withheld). Shortly after that, I was told that the property manager was "no longer there". Frustrated, I decided to go to the leasing office on my lunch break instead of calling. I encountered Rebecca. She listened to my concerns without interrupting, maintained a professional demeanor, apologized, gave me a realistic timeline, and followed through afterwards.....all while smiling and making me feel like I truly mattered as a resident! Rebecca personifies professionalism, and Woodland Trace is a better place to live because of her. I recently visited the office to pay my rent, and there she was again! As a resident who works very long hours, the last thing I want to deal with when I get home is unresolved maintenance requests! Rebecca is thorough and attentive! "I had just visited a property down the street and had a very negative experience. Despite having an appointment, I was unable to tour a unit and the woman was not very apologetic for my wasted efforts. As I drove down the street, I noticed Woodland Trace and its balloons and welcoming ambiance. Property Manager Rebecca made me feel so very welcome and she has the nicest personality and demeanor. Without hesitation, she gladly gave me an impromptu tour of one of the units even though I did not have an appointment. She even insisted that I partake in one of the lovely monthly offerings for her tenants. This month was a baked potato bar and I graciously accepted. This location is on my short list of properties that I am considering, and I know that I can't go wrong if I choose to go with Rebecca and her team. Thank you, Rebecca. You truly are a gem and you made me forget about my frustrations with the other property. I wish you the best in all that you do. "IF YOU DON'T READ ANY OTHER REVIEW, PLEASE READ THIS ONE!!! If I could have given a zero, I definitely would have. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. First, I am going into my seventh month of my 12-month lease and for the past seven months I have been dealing with mold and them not finishing the apartment. I have explained to them that I am a diabetic and I haven't been able to stay in the apartment for at least two days a time because of the mold and the smell. Mind you, during this entire time I continued to pay my rent along with having to pay to stay elsewhere. They never ever offered to put me in another unit or compensate me for my inconvenience. Second, there have been about three different property managers and leasing agents during this time and all they do make promises and don't follow up. I have to constantly call and ask what's going on and all you get from Rebecca is, let me call my maintenance supervisor and I'll call you back, needless to say she never calls back unless I call and call. When you ask to talk to someone in corporate again, someone will call you seven months later I'm still waiting on someone from corporate to call me. You pay to have your trash picked up and they never pick it up. There is always an excuse, we went with a different company, ok, then are yall going to reimburse me for having to take out my own trash, of course not, the only thing you get from these people are excuses. They are extremely nice before you sign the lease and then after you get in and complain about what they are not doing to your apartment, they act like you are brothering them. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move. WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE!!!"

"I've been living here for 4 years now and I must say Rebecca Hall is the best property manager ever. She is very professional has great customer service skills and is down to earth. This company needs to keep her because I’ve seen too many different faces over the years which is not a good look for business. And to add the young ladies in the office are very welcoming as well."
