"My parents live here and absolutely love the location. They feel safe, and are very happy with the office staff and maintenance team. Paying online has changed the game for them because of how easy and convenient it is to just sign in and pay!!! We recommend Bradford Park, because it is always clean and the office staff really cares for the residents."

"I have lived here for 7 years, and never have I ever had the urge to move out until now. The new management has horrible organization and communication skills regarding office hours and fines made to the rent. New fines are made up almost every week and it is nonsense. The assistant does nothing at all. The new management knows absolutely nothing nor do they do anything regarding apartment emergencies. They don't know how to answer the phone or keep strict office hours."

"I noticed not many people have reviewed these apartments, it must be a good thing I guess since no one is complaining. I have lived here for two years with my husband and two kids, but previously lived here before with my mom. I like it here a lot, everyone is friendly and keep to themselves, they don't bother anyone. Maintenance is amazing, they tend to your every need immediately and are always happy to,no matter how many times you have called them before. I've heard on some break-ins, but very few and they always involve teenagers from other places, not the residents here. The majority of the people living here are Hispanics, and there never is an issue, everyone is very respectful. I lived here in 2006 and then again in 2011 till now and it's still a very nice place to live. My uncle has lived in this community for over ten years! He loves it here! The prices are also great for the area that they are in. Everything is very conveniently near. Sorry for the long review, just had to share my experience here since not many people have. But I also think that the reason for the lack of reviews is because like I said, the majority are Hispanic and they don't really believe in technology and reviews. They are pretty old-schooled.
