"The Maintenace staff is the best. They always get out as fast as they can and are so friendly. The answer all my silly questions I have with no problem at all. They always go over and beyond what the call is . They make sure the issues is fixed/working before they leave and always clean up after themselves. I am so happy with the work they do and their friendliness, even with my teens laying in the way. Thanks for all you do Northgate!"
"So already I’m having problems just getting in touch with someone at this property. I can tell that the complaints in lack of communication is valid from other tenants because I can’t even get someone on the phone from the leasing office. Smh you all need to do better."
"It's quiet and location is convenient. That's all the good things there are to say about it unfortunately. The pool is disgusting, I would not let anyone swim in it if it were up to me. We've lived here a very long time, years, and they won't upgrade anything, yet alone fix anything. We've complained about muiltiple issues. It takes months of complaints just to get something fixed. We went without one of our showers working properly for about a year before they finally fixed it. Other issues we've complained about still haven't gotten fixed and honestly it's not even worth asking them to fix things it's a waste of time at this point because we know they won't. The units are very dated, at least the ones I've been in."
"management is nice, property is quite and convenient. Apartments are old in style and the company is not putting forth any upgrades. Bad Cockroach problem that needs to be taken more seriously by the property management company, it is like it is normal.."
"It's a nice floor plan but since management has switched over, it seems as if they don't care for the property no more. It takes a long time to get a work order in. The office is only opened 4 days a week. I have been here 4 years and they offer no upgrades. I used to love it here but now I don't recommend it to no one. If you are ok with unprofessionalism, then be my guest."
