Sutter Lake Apartments

"Me and my family moved in recently and are very pleased. Apparently this is a new company managing this apartment and are doing their very best to clean up what the previous company neglected. Shawn is our leasing agent and he has been AWESOME! We didn’t even tour and moved in off of his energy and how we felt about the area and apartments alone. Any issues we have had has been fixed quickly and addressed. This is my first time in an apartment so my experience so far has been great!! The gates work, maintenance is very knowledgeable and courteous (Eric was great!) and the neighborhood overall is very calm and cool. I’m excited to see how the rest of our year goes!"

"The office staff at thee apartment complex I extremely nice Shawn is the first person I see when I walk in the office and he always greets me with a smile in and while on property grounds. They always try their best to make our living situation comfortable. Raven, Veronica, Shawn and Aryanna is the best staff I’ve seen since I moved here in 2022."

"I was referred to this complex by a friend of mine. She told me it was under new property management. So I came it to see an apartment, and boy you can definitely tell it’s under new management. The staff was pleasant, the community was a lot nicer than previous before, and the gates worked this time. I didn’t rent because I decided to stay where I’m at but after my 6 month lease SutterLake will be my new home"

"Be sure before decision I have live her for two years and things start changing right when I renewed my least second time rude management lying saying I never paid rent for two-three months when I never missed a payment. At the same time you not even taking care of the property, anyways I suffered these moldy vents for several years and trash compactor never fixed gate always broke maintenance never available but also leaving half jobs done I just had to leave wasn’t secure even my neighbor car got stolen randomly and surveillance wasn’t even an option. Hopefully with the new management and paint they have things in line now but my experience wasn’t the best!"

"I have been a resident here for 15 years. In the beginning was great. Things changed as new management changed and it has been a rough ride. However things have taken a turn for the better with our new manager Raven! She is a breath of fresh air and a true advocate for the renter.She calls and follows up with you to make sure your needs are met with satisfaction. I am truly looking forward to better days at Sutterlake!"
