"I hate these apartments I moved my kinfolk in and instead of the apartments helping me to get them out of my apartment. They allowed them to continue to live in my apartment. And now they’re doing a second application under my name!! Then denied me of my deposit after signing my notice to vacate. I think they are unfair to people who are on the waiting list"

"I hate this apartment. Their are roaches everywhere places like the fridge freezer couch closet bed kitchen laundry room shower bathroom the Tv and a couple more places. They also get all over the clothes we have. There is mold and mildew in the windows and some type of egg in the window. And also when we had to move the fridge their were a bunch of roach eggs. And the people who come to spray don’t do anything."

"This property is very rude.. I wish I would’ve gotten the leasing agent name. I called inquiring about a two bedroom this morning. She advise it’s a waiting list. I asked how can I put my name on the waiting list and she hung up in my face. If you can’t be professional or love your job please find another career. First impression is always important."

"i lived there for almost two years then rolling into my second year when the management companies changed people wanted to take advantage ;people knew not to smoke in this community yet it still took place until the point i had to move. The leasing office expressed there wasn't nothing could be done ; I was in a position of forced to move by the neighbors unethical actions. No it wasn't just cigarettes'.smh People even started to hang under the walk way drinking alcoholic beverages. No thanks to ghetto behavior. It just changed all of a sudden. Property owners need a spirit of discernment of who to allow move there. thank you Lord though for moving me it brought my better. No weapon formed against me shall be able to prosper. That was the deal breaker for me."

"I initially loved living here when I moved here in September 2018 but my neighbors upstairs have made my stay here a living hell!! I have called to the leasing office and complained to them several times and all they do is send letters to the upstairs neighbors (which they ignore), send out the courtesy officers but nothing else is ever done. The neighbors have a toddler that stomps all through the apartment all day and apparently all night because I have jumped up out of my sleep on several occasions around 2-3 am because their child is stomping around the apartment. They do not discipline their child at all or take into consideration they have people that live below them. Their laundry has fallen onto my deck several times to the point where I don't even give it to them anymore. I have called the police three times on them and the 1st time they wouldn't even come to the door for the police. The second time, the lady lied to the police and said she and her family are quiet during certain times of the day and the third time I don't know what happened because I never received an update from the police. It clearly states in the lease in paragraph 20 that excessive noise and unruly behavior is a violation of the lease plus Clayton Co has a noise ordinance after 10 pm but do the police or the leasing office acknowledge or do anything about it? No. These neighbors have violated the lease several times over and they are still here. I have already notified the leasing office that I will not be renewing my lease in September 2020 if they cannot move me to another unit and when I renewed my lease back in September 2019, they went up on my rent from $975 to $1064 and not once did they try to compensate and give me a discount for the inconvenience and the noise I have to endure day in and day out and now that I work from home due to this COVID-19 situation, I have to hear the stomping and carrying on upstairs all day long. I have developed anxiety since I moved over here and I have had three anxiety attacks within the last month due to this...smh."
