"I was there marketing for my cleaning service. The new manager was very refreshing and polite. She had alot of positive energy and knowledge of the transition of the property. She was a true delight ti speak with."
"I currently leave here and the five star reviews you see are from office staff. The company for the leasing office has changed twice and I haven’t seen the same staff members for more than a month. These apartments are roach infested and when pest control comes to spray the unit(which is rare) they might as will be spraying water. Maintenance takes forever to come look at something most of the time they don’t know how to fix the issue or just close the ticket and say work was completed without even coming to the unit. There are stray cats and potholes all through the neighborhood. The new company, however, did come in and fix the roofs but before them my roof would leak every time it rained in both the rooms. For $1,200 a month I should not have to deal with half of these issues."
"I wouldn't recommend nobody to this nightmare. Please look elsewhere. They know exactly what I'm referring too. I'm taking these people to court and should be lucky I don't get Fox 5 involved."
"i currently live here and i love it but i am currently behind on my rent and sharmaine glover helped me out a lot but now it’s someone new in the office and i don’t know if i’m going to get that same type of help. i’ve never brought any problems to these apartments i’ve lived here for almost 2 years and i’m only asking for help i’m a single parent of two boys 12 and 5 we don’t have anywhere else to go i work and i’m doing my best to provide for them as much as i can with no help from dad. all i’m asking for is a chance to show anyone that i am very reliable and trustworthy and you can count on me for anything. please"
"Yes, this apartment complex may have been disappointing for some; but with the right team, we are coming up. The area is clean of debris and maintenance is on top of fixing issues; we can't help you if you don't tell us the problems. Feel free to stop by the office and speak to us or call the office; we are open Monday thru Friday 9 am til 4 pm."
