"These apartments the manager Karla is very prejudice an she does thing off personal gain instead of the business way there neighbors are nosey make up lies on tenants for personal gain . Also the manager has a attitude problem so she love to charge fake noise complaints..she doesn't care if you didn't do it she still will charge you based on her own opinion she is doing all this stuff an. Getting away with it .. also my friend is calling corporate on them due to fake violations an her not accepting her rent due to her personal gain.. she treat her Mexican tenants way better she work things out but if you are black it's straight get out ..DONT MOVE HERE !!"
"Never move into these apartments they have mold and all they will do is cover it up with paint. And they won't take half of your rent they want the full amount. All they do is tell lies."
"Very negative leasing manager that will evict residents based upon how she feels. Any addition to paying off negative balances, the leasing manager will still give you a negative reference. The manager is also prejudice and again dirty. Again she evicted a friend of mine who was there for two years and made timely payments, but evicted her do to her personal feelings. Also, beware of the area it’s crime ridden."
"These are the WORST apartments ever they are bootleg they had my lights connected to another person so my lights was coming in at $399 and $400 a month I have the bills to show it . The unit I was in didn't have a washer or dryer. When I went to them for help they blamed me for me it.The ppl in the rent office don't under English they say yes to everything just to be saying yes. I hate hate I wasted my time here. Oh yea they have roaches really bad and the apartments smell like roaches. When I first moved in it was pubic hair on the carpet asked them to clean the carpet they said no had to do it myself the AC doesn't work at all it was so hot in that apartment had to get fans. Don't move here unless you want roaches and a high light bill with no AC. I wouldn't even gave the one star but the system make you to complete the review so I give a Zero ZERO a big fat ZERO"
