"When i tell you Ashley was EVERYTHING! she’s very welcoming , professional with a hint of silliness! She will make sure you know EVERY detail there is to know about renting here! I promise she won’t leave anything out . So yall come on down and get yall a unit ! The neighborhood is nice , clean not a lot of kids running around. Don’t have to worry about break ins ! I’ve actually known a few people to live here in the current and pass years and not once have i heard any negative comments about this place . Thanks Ashley!"

"I love living at 415 bradfordridg the new manager here is great she is doing a great job I haven't had any problems with her and her team so far,and I will like this company to keep her here for a long time, she is always having that smile with customers and always willing to help whenever we have a complain about issues regarding the living and problems ,nice people to keep in business like this."

"I am so sad we couldn’t move in. When we arrived, there was an infestation of roaches and I asked a few people that lived there who stated they have the issue and have had it for a while. Unfortunately this caused us to end up without a place during the holiday season now, with a newborn. We now have to start our search over. Office staff were nice but calling us the next day claiming there weren’t any bugs when there clearly is a big problem with them was truly confusing to me. I really hope you all fix this problem as the area is nice and peaceful. No one deserves to live with bugs."
