"My experience was pleasant. I haven’t made a decision on whether or not if I choose the property as my home yet, but first impression goes a long way. I had the pleasure of meeting with Martia Jackson the cutie young lady at the first desk to the left as soon as you walk in the leasing office. She explained everything thoroughly and addressed every question and concern I had."
"Zero stars if I could! Maybe the new management can finally improve these horrible apartments. this has been the worst experience I have ever had. from rude management to the quality and timely manager of maintenance. I have expressed my concerns about problems in the apartment to not being able to pay my payments online and management always brushed off my concerns or told me they will follow up with me, which never happened. My last straw was telling management about a huge hole under the dishwater where you can literally feel the cold air from outside coming into my apartment. For one I have a baby, the hole not only kept it cold downstairs but it also allowed bugs to enter into my home. I just turned my key in due to a mouse getting into my house because of the hole the apartments would not fix. I would rather live with relatives before staying here under these conditions with my baby. I would not recommend laurel pointe, which was renamed to redwood ridge to anyone!"
"Had a good move in, just waiting to fix the heat, other than that the rental agents are nice and we’re very helpful, Ms Peggy and Ms Angel, two sweet young ladies. Mr Charles is also nice, had a nice stressful experience but I’m good now. Thanks to all of you. The maintenance guys (can’t leave them out) they were quick and also very nice."
