"I’ve had mold issues since august 2023. My daughter has breathing issues and can’t sleep in her room. They ripped up her floor December 23 to dry what they thought mold was coming from and never fixed floor two months later. These apartments are not safe and I have a four year old daughter that is getting so sick. She misses school all the time. No one takes the mold seriously. I had independent mold test done and it was extremely high in mold that effects your lungs. We’ve asked to move out of the apartment multiple times because this place is a piece of junk. I have to pay $1890 a month, yet I can’t use half of the apartment due to higher mold smell in daughters bedroom and bathroom. My doctors office can’t seem to find what’s wrong with my daughter. Her lungs don’t sound correct, so we will be going to a pulmonologist. When my daughter stays at my friends house, her coughing, runny nose goes away about a day later. As soon as she comes home, she is coughing constantly. She is scared of the apartment and hates being here. She cries to me saying she’s sick of coughing. I live in fear that I can’t protect my daughter and keep her safe here. I have told the corporate that, yet no one has came out again to check the mold or figure out what’s wrong after the ripped up floors. Everyone can smell it when they come in my apartment, but it’s particularly strong under the bathroom sink. I would not move in here if I were you. I know other people that have been moved out of Apartment due to mold. This place was built poorly. They were stacked on top of each other. A new concept in US and nothing but trouble. One night we had water pouring out of the maintenance closet in our apartment and flooded our kitchen, hallway and living room. I can hear every step the people above me make. I can hear their dogs barking. Thankfully they don’t bark a lot. I called corporate, emailed corporate. It’s very difficult to get any type of response, so I held paying my rent. Then they tell me they’re going to evict me. So they want to destroy my credit when their apartment is not what I signed up for. Windows in apartment would not close even though they appear locked. They pop out and are warped. I’m on the bottom floor. My bathroom had water dripping through the bathroom light when people above take shower. Lee is the best maintenance man ever he fixed right away. . Call the after hours maintenance number. It doesn’t work. I made corporate aware of number not forwarding to Lee a month ago, nothing has changed. Alarm as going off all the time. If you cook in apartment, the alarms are so sensitive they go off. Alexis tries her best to fix what she can, but corporate built these apartments so cheap. They cut the power to the hallway for 24 hours. They were pitch black. I had to call police about strange man in hallway that came towards my door. Forgot to mention my AC broke last summer in the middle of the night and of course the after hours maintenance number doesn’t work. Just fill out a maintenance request because no one is coming. I was really pissed at Alexis, but she has limited to resources. It’s really not her fault. My neighbors windows wouldn’t lock the time I noticed mine. She’s had her AC out last summer. She’s had her toilet backing up into her shower. They are in their late 80s and the husband has been put in the hospital and they are about to put him in hospice. My friend that lives in another building, his windows wouldn’t lock. He also has had flooding in his kitchen. Every neighbor I speak to has issues. I feel like I’m forced to live in my own personal hell. We’ll just found out Lee is gone. We will miss him."

"This is my first time moving into a brand new apartment complex and for the past year, I absolutely love it. The Property Manager Alexis and the Maintenance Supervisor Lee are what makes my stay here very pleasant. I hope the cleanliness, professionalism, and strict rules to keep our community safe and compliant continues during my stay here. Thank you all!"

"Lee, the maintenance supervisor of the community is excellent! Every single day he is out here, picking up the property and doing all the repairs whether it’s freezing cold outside or 95°. He was extremely welcoming when I first moved in. He was super sweet to my dog and I told him that unfortunately due to old age I’m going to have to say goodbye to her. The next day, he came right up to me and asked me about her, and he was extremely sorry to hear that. He takes care of all of my maintenance repairs and even came during a holiday to take care of an emergency repair. He is professional, trust worthy and extremely hard working."

"Moved in just about 6 months ago and I don't have one negative thing to say. Alexis, the property manager has solved every minor issue I had, on the spot, the moment I made her aware of it. She is genuinely one of coolest and most responsive property managers I have ever had. Another great aspect of this property is the maintenance supervisor Mr. Lee. Just like Alexis, the guy has solved every issue I brought his way, the very same day I made him aware of it and is just about the coolest guy you could ever ask for, in the event someone absolutely must enter your unit for a period of time. He has gone above and beyond what would be considered "satisfactory" effort every single time I have submitted a maintenance request. In my opinion, there are no two people more critical to you enjoying your stay at an apartment community, than the property manager and maintenance supervisor and the Indigo genuinely has two of the best at their respective positions. ----Michael Kittrell"

"Alexis has been the most incredible property manager I have ever worked with moving into a new place. She listened to me and helped to find me the perfect new apartment. She made the process so easy and kept me informed every step of the way. Even my move-in day was as perfect as a move-in day could be! Thank you Alexis for giving me the peace of mind I needed. You are marvelous! They are very lucky to have you!"
