"I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. If you like rats, roaches and dog poop in your yard then this place is for you. Not to mention, you get hit up with a bill from the collection agency after you've left 8 months ago. No email, no bill, no phone call. A bill from the collection agency. To me this is poor management! And I can see from other reviews, my kids weren't the only ones it happened to. There was 2 apartments rented by my kids, and we were lied to that they had a 0 balance when they left. We have also asked for an itemized statement for my son's collection agency bill three times and he has called as well and never received anything. Do better."

"First off, no matter how many times people get in trouble, they will still let their dog poop in front of your apartment. Walking in feces is not ideally how I want to start my day. I have watched numerous dogs run around, people argue in the middle of the road, and when I finally leave, I get a bill of $900 with no phone call, email, or notice in the mail until eight months later. Being surrounded by roaches, rats, and other bugs is no condition for anyone to live in. Also, they just paint over stuff in the apartment instead of remodeling it and will charge you an absurd amount. The inside of the apartments are not as nice as they look online. In addition, the front desk people take a very long amount of time to help people, do not listen to concerns, and will tell you they have no idea why they charged you money, but they just did and sent it to collections. The money you are paying in rent goes towards amenities as well meanwhile it takes months for things to be fixed. Such as a broken entrance gate, pool, and overflowing dumpster. I have watched this apartment complex destroy many people's credit and overcharge people for no reason. I highly suggest looking elsewhere for an apartment. It will save your credit, money, and time."

"I had a great experience living at Harbor Creek Apartments in Canton, GA. Margie, the assistant manager, was always friendly and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Aisha, the manager, was professional and attentive to any issues that arose during my time there. The staff truly made me feel like a valued resident, and I would highly recommend this community to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live."

"I’ve been at Harbor Creek for 2 years and I’ve had a good experience thus far. What made it great was the maintence team, especially Bobby. When my bathroom flooded out of nowhere (toilet had been running and I should’ve gotten around to calling them earlier) it was 11 o’clock at night. Within MINUTES after I placed the call on the emergency maintenance line Bobby showed up and got right to work, with an amazing sense of urgency. He did not seem annoyed or frazzled at the fact that it was 11 in the evening. He fixed the problem right away..and even though some things could have been held off until the morning, Bobby fixed it anyway. He was kind to my crazy dog, patient, and understanding. He communicated everything to me and completed everything in a timely manner. This was the second time maintenance has had to come and each time they were perfect. But for Bobby to go out of his way that late at night and finish the job with a smile will always resonate with me. Harbor Creek is a great place to live, I have had no problems and when I do they seem to be willing to fix things urgently. (It helps being a nice and calm resident as well). The office staff is great. Margie always communicates with me in a professional manner and answers my questions clear and very straight forward. Everyone on staff has been very kind even when I’m sometimes not. (We all have days). Thank you to the maintenance team and the staff at harbor creek! Keep up the great work!"

"So far, I'm wildly impressed with the staff and the maintenance. Not only did they respond immediately to an issue we were having with the stove, they replaced it when the issue flared back up. Thank you so much for helping us feel at home and safe."
