"Just moved in. Customer service 10/10! Rachel was amazing throughout the entire process, very informative and friendly. Amenities are also great. She responded quick (rare for other apt complexes). The entire complex is clean and an amazing location. Here’s the thing, the model they show you is in perfect conditions, unfortunately the condition of the actual unit you’ll get is entirely dependent on the previous resident. And sometimes you don’t get to see it until the move in date. I’m not saying the unit is bad conditions, but definitely not the way you’ll see in the model. And it’s all in the small details. I can tell my unit has been painted over and over and over. My only issue (my own pet peeve) is the details in how they repainted and fixed things. Paint over door fixtures and wall plates, dry paint drips on some doors, paint not straight along the wall and the molding. As if they rushed to paint to get it ready. Maybe stuff no one will really pay attention to, but I do. I didn’t make a big deal and didn’t mention it, because I’m not gonna make them re do it again. I went to another complex before this (same price); paint and repairs were flawless, you wouldn’t imagine someone else lived there before, but I didn’t like the floor layout. It’s the attention to details that really matter to me, and that tells me the real quality of something or somewhere. They seemed eager to fix some of the stuff I mentioned though, which is great. I’ll update in a couple months."

"Was blown away from the beginning. We toured many apartments within the last month or so, and this was the last one we toured. The office was fantastic, the amenities were fantastic and everything looks brand new. I was thoroughly impressed with Rachel’s customer service and knowledge in response to all of my questions. After the tour, we pretty much knew that’s where we were going to sign our lease! The newly renovated units are amazing, the property itself was very clean. As I said, we toured many apartments, we looked at easily 100+ from Kennesaw to Smyrna, and between Rachel’s knowledge and customer service and the apartment/complex itself, we just submitted our application! Hope to be able to update this review in a year with more positive feedback from our living experience! UPDATE: We’ve been here for just under a month, we had one maintenance request that was fulfilled same day. They continue to renovate and update a lot of the property and it looks good and doesn’t interfere with day to day. So far so good. Wish the parking spots were bigger, already had someone ding my door"

"If you’re thinking about touring this apartment, do it!! Rachel is the best! I went with my best friend to help her find an apartment about 2 weeks ago and she had a few on her list. Once we saw this complex and unit we knew it was the one! Rachel did an amazing job throughly explaining all the details. She left no table unturned and made sure all our questions were answered. We absolutely loved her! I am so glad that my best friend was able to find her dream apartment here with a great atmosphere! If your thinking about touring, ask for Rachel to get the best experience!!"

"Me and boyfriend took a tour the first time and the tour guy was driving insanely crazy on the golf cart he didn't show us any of the amenities all he did was show us the apartment we wanted to view and he took down our information but never contacted us back. However, our second tour was so much better Rachel is amazing she showed us the whole community she gave us all the prices for the apartment units that we toured. It was an amazing community and experience with her!!!"
