"This is literally a slum. They refused to fix our toilet and kept deleting our repair requests. And then some guy rode through the parking lot and shot a hole in our neighbor's wall and they refused to patch the hole in the exterior wall in December. Then when we moved out, we went to pick up 2 packages that were delayed and delivered to the old address and the guy in the office wouldn't give them to us until we showed pictures proving they'd been delivered to the office. When he finally gave then to us they had clearly been opened. This place isn't worth half what they charge in rent."

"So I moved in May 2020 back when the apartments were $950/mnth! I had a nice 2BR 1Ba w/balcony. It's a nice area but the trash gets high sometimes & maintenance is short staffed but you gotta stay on top of them if you want something done. I got acquainted with the staff so they knew me & Raven The Giant. There was roaches after a month or so but I ended up bombing my apartment atleast once a month aside from calling pest patrol & didn't see as many then. Just wish they would repaint the inside of apartments & they finally are making changes like redoing the balcony's & painted railings. This was my first apartment and a good experience."

"I have living here for over a year and let me just say, I will most definitely not be renewing my lease under any circumstance. Throughout my time here I have dealt with black mold on two separate occasions, with the third one currently happening as we speak. Nothing happens unless you go to office and remind them about the maintenance request you submitted. As of late that alone is not enough. It has been almost a month and I am still dealing with the same problems. I have gone to the office at least 4 to 5 times, nothing has yet to be fixed. Do NOT live here"
