She was very helpful in my leasing process , she took her time with me showing me all the available units so I can choose the right one and always made sure I understood the terms of my contract , because of her everything went smooth and now I’m in a new home :)"

"I do not recommend. Was charged over $1000 to replace carpet for the whole apartment when there was only a small stain in the living room. When paid, I received a call saying we didn’t pay and that it was being turned over to collections despite me having a copy of the certified payment I used. After this they never would answer my phone calls trying to resolve it and are still claiming that I didn’t pay."

"Been here almost a year and looking to renew. Haven’t experienced any bug issues, maintenance has been on top of my work orders, and communication has been better. Sometimes they’re busy and can’t answer the phone but they tend to email me back. Love the space of my apartment. Great layout. Grounds looks way better than last year. New team seems to show they care and are always willing to talk to you when you stop by. Didn’t have that experience before."

"We came across these apartments while searching for a temporary place to live while we were having our home built. We were moving from SC and appreciated the beautiful pictures online. Everyone was nice. Evelyn completed a virtual tour with us. We came to see the location prior to moving and it really is not what the pictures show on their website, but we moved forward. Evelyn stated the apartment we would be getting was remodeled, we felt reassured in that. Move in date arrived, we came on a Saturday. Evelyn was not in, so Paloma assisted with the process. The apartment they initially showed us was filled with mold, water damaged, and it reeked of urine. They showed us a second place that seemed a bit better but for Paloma to be able to extend this apartment at the same price, she had to speak to management. We waited with a loaded U-Haul, and two kids for them to come back with a decision. Thankfully the management agreed. We completed a walk through and noticed floor damage, kitchen cabinets falling apartment, closet doors for the laundry and AC broken. AC unit looked like it had never been cleaned. The shower had mold on the handles, also as if it had never been cleaned. Fan lighting with bugs and dust. Cracked window in the kids’ room at the time, which they ultimately said they do not fix. Paloma again assured us all this would be addressed. They initially gave us a price which turned out to be different once we were in with all the fees. They charge for garbage, mail service, pest control (whether its used or not). The internet, electricity and water are included in the bill. However, if you need better internet, you will be paying an additional cost out of pocket. We were in an apartment across the community garbage and the pictures that you see online are not as bad as it really is. It got way worse while we were there. Despite the fumigation, the apartment had roaches, a centipede infestation, rats, and we even found a scorpion. Despite our cleanliness, we were battling the Cat whisperer upstairs feeding all the cats in the neighborhood. They would leave the cat food outside announcing to all the rodents where to come eat. There is dog feces everywhere. The beautiful pools that you see on the website are not so beautiful. If they are open expect them to be filled with bugs and garbage. They do not maintain their pools. Loose tiles and broken ladder became a hazard. The gym is at your own risk because no one cleans the equipment. We also had our car cover stolen. When we brought it to the attention of management. She replied with “it probably blew off; it happens all the time” Our mail was constantly going missing. USPS delivering to the wrong mailbox. We would open investigations, and nothing would happen. We were unable to recover 2 packages. When paying your rent, be prepared for an additional fee to pay using the app they suggested as “free’. Some other things worth mentioning are the balcony screens broken so items are no secure and closet is filled with mold and roach eggs. We also had a kitchen sink leak, they sent someone right away. However, the person shared it was his first time working on a leak. There is a picture of a roach caught in the microwave door, this roach was headed right toward our babies food. If we wouldn't have closed the door that is exactly where it would have landed. When we finally left it took them 2 month to give back the deposit and they shortened me some stating that it was for final bills. I had paid all the bills prior to leaving. I’ve included pictures here so that you can see for yourself. In case you are asking if I brought all this up to the management, yes, we did. Only posting for others that are considering moving here. If we would have seen a review like this we would have stayed away."
