Villas at Acworth

"This is a good place to live, it's a quite apartment complex tucked away in acworth. The complex it minutes away from down town acworth and a few miles away from retail shopping. The staff is very nice and tries to work with the residents and they do what they can to help new people to get a place. They just completely renovated the property and are still do more to update as they go. They are decently priced for the area and space, they hve multiple different size 1bd and 2bd choices to choose from. The PM Kerri and APM Michael work the office and if there's any question, they try to answer them as soon as thy can an try to make their residents happy. The maintenance they have are very knowledgeable and work hard to maintain the property."

"I have lived here for almost a year and I am loving the improvements with the paint, new roofs and landscaping that have been made. This is a very quiet place to live and is so close to downtown Acworth. Definitely recommend!"

"We came in 3 months ago and a lady said it was a 2 month wait. We went in last month and she said again, it's a 2 month wait. I asked her directly there isn't like a 6 month wait right? She said no, not that long at all. We paid the $53, applied online. She has all our info. No one has reached out to us once. Not email or phone. Called again and she said it's a 2 month wait. I have a feeling next week when we go there she's going to say there's a 2 month wait. Our current lease is up next week, have to move out no matter what where we currently living"

"As someone else has previously mentioned in their review, I have also been experiencing a bit of a runaround with updates on available units. Each time I was told to call back at the end of the month or midway through the following month. I understand that leasing management are waiting for move out notices to come through, but I feel as though there should be more of a thorough check to see if there is anything to offer, instead of continuously resorting to the suggestion of calling back on a monthly basis. I’ve toured the community before, and I liked what I saw and am still interested in being a resident here. Hopefully, there’s a promising shift in updates regarding unit availability since my lease at my current apartment is ending July 29th. I would be more than happy to submit my application if leasing management is willing to make things work."
