"Service is poor with no communication from management or maintenance. The trash is always all over the place. The office manager only give excuses and no solutions. Also I have had to endure this heat without a working A/C unit. However, they still want their rent and always tells me to be patient. This place only cares about money. My unit has cracks in the walls from the ceiling down where the building is sinking and they know it. They just paint over it. The breezeways have not been pressure washed as promised so spider webs and wasp nest are taking over. The maintenance crew say that work orders have been done and they have not even been looked at. So no I do not recommend this Place at all."
"Ms. Andriel Helms has been a blessing by her kind words, professionalism and attitude while applying for an apartment at Lakeside Vista Apts. She answered all questions with honesty. She made the experience of moving into a place pleasing. I thank all the office staff as well. Thanks for letting your light shine while doing your job."
