"LOVE Epie's! I thought I was asking for some routine repairs but it turned into a minor emergency when Philip found an outside wire that had been chewed in two by squirrels. He placed the call to GA Power for them to come and fix it, and helped me get things secure in the house to spare as many appliances as possible. He was running through the house unplugging everything while I was getting my cats outside in case there was a fire. GA Power didn't come until much later in the day. Said it was one of the worst squirrel cases they've seen. I had questions about various things over the holiday weekend and each time I emailed Philip, he responded and walked me through whatever needed to be done. "They were terrific and came out immediately when I called. It was just a GFI switch. He reset it and did not charge me a service fee!!! He was only here a few minutes, but other companies have always charged me for service even when they did no work! Epie's Electrical has a customer for life!!!"
