"I have lived here for 2 years and the front office staff are the worst they are so rude and act like you are wasting there valuable time if you have any questions The maintenance staff are awesome tho at least 2 out of the 3 that i have dealt with are the best they have saved me and my family you can't buy that kind of service. The pool is awesome and one of the 2 playgrounds is really nice the other on is covered in graffiti and my 7 year old nephew learned some new words. So in summary some bad and some good"
"my experience with this apartment complex was far beyond the worst. It is a robbery that makes one want to leave before the contract. In addition, when you don't speak English, what they do in my house is an abuse, I sign so as not to renew the contract and pay a higher rate month after month. When the time came to leave the rent, I notified the office a week before. And guess what: the documents that I had previously signed never appeared, stating that I did not want to renew the contract and would be paying a higher rate. Still my unfinished story then got worse when an unacceptable fee arrived in the mail at my new address"
